Easy Herbed Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. chicken tenders

Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients except chicken, in a cup. Put chicken in a large bowl, spread herb mixture all over chicken.

2. Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray (I like Pam with olive oil) and set over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 5-7 minutes
Serves: 4

Weight Watchers weigh in today......drum roll please.....

Another 1.8lbs gone....grand total for this week: 12.4 gone baby!! :)

It may only be 12 lbs so far, but I am very happy!
